Avispa's Tenorio White Water Rafting Adventure

Ready for an adventure? Test your courage while you plunge through twists, turns and drops down 15 miles of intense and challenging rapids. This adventure begins where the dry and rainforest blend their natural beauties and takes you for a matchless white water rafting experience.
 

Afterwards, enjoy a typical Costa Rican lunch at a restaurant right on the Corrobic river with a view of the Tenorio Volcano. 

Difficulty: Moderate. Class III-IV rafting. Beginners welcome!

Departure Time: 7:30 Am

Return Time: Approximately 4-5 pm

Travel Time: Approximately 1Hour, 15 minutes each way to their headquarters. You will then need to be transported to the river. (Approximately another 20 min) (From Playa Hermosa or Playa Del Coco)

Ideal for: Anyone in normal healthy physical condition.

What to Wear: Rubber-soled shoes that can get wet (Tevas, tennis shoes, booties or similar), Swimsuit,

What to Bring: Waterproof sunscreen lotion, straps to secure glasses, Change of clothing (including shoes), Towel, Mosquito repellent, Camera

INCLUDED: Private ground transportation from area hotel, English-speaking guide.  Rafting Eqipment, snack/beverages on river, Typical Costa Rican Lunch with natural fruit juice

NOT INCLUDED: Additional beverages at restaurant (soda/beer) and tips for guides.

Reservation and cancellations policicy: We will require a 30% deposit to confirm this tour. In order to receive a full refund for your cancellation you must cancel with 24 hours notice. No refunds for no-shows.
